Hi, i just want to update my order, LBC texted me yesterday that it should be delivered on that day but it did'nt arrived. I traced it in your website and it stated that they try to deliver it but my address is unknown? That's impossible, my cousin mail was always deliver in their house by LBC also and their house was near to us. Can you help us to resolve this issue?

I would like to make a follow up regarding my parcel send last June 11 from Tacurong city, Sultan Kudarat.The said branch informed us that I should have it by Friday or Saturday(june 14). But unfortunately until now I don't receive any or even a txt from your company what happened to my parcel. It’s a very important documents and many of my transactions was delayed due to this. Good day! Bakit po hindi nadedeliver yung item ko galing bdo. Imposible po na hindi ma locate ang lugar dahil nandito lang ako at marami ng nagdedeliver dito.

I would like to report an incident were in the delivery man was not able to deliver the package properly. Previously he will call me first and ask for a consent regarding the deliveries. But last April 29, 2019, no calls were made regarding the package and I just saw the package at our window. He opened our window and left it there, since no one is at home that time.
