Why too much unessary requirement,,,lots of people just need a meter connection para Hindi sila nag connect ng illegal. If you claim to serve the need of the people make the process simple....how hard to understand the process...if the meter is not getting paid then cut the meter. I, Dave S. Lopez live in 41 - C Maliksi I, Bacoor, Cavite with apllication #1701040501 , have a pending application in your good office but i was disappointed when your representative from Meralco (Bacoor) named "Pong Bautista" told me that they cannot proceed my application due to no available/vacant meter in my place and they want me to provide at least 1 pole for the TRANSFORMER as per certain Engr. Gallardo (that cost approximately 100k) to be able to process / approved my application. Later this afternoon, I've conducted my own survey and I found out that there is 2 empty meter base near my premises.

I hope you can help me and do something regarding this matter.

Good morning po, gusto ko lang po ipa-alam na may naka-jumper po dito sa street namin. 6 years na po ako mula ng dumating galing abroad at nagreklamo na po ako noon. pero wala naman po kayo response. Kagabi nga may party sila at con todo video oke at maingay sila kasama na mga ilaw na gamit nila. Minsan nagparty sila sinita ng kapitbahay po namin pero binato pa siya ng bote. Sobra na po sila kung maaari lang po ay aksyunan po ninyo sa madaling panahon. Kami nga nakalimutan lang namin magbayad ng bill for one month pinutulan na po kami, samantala itong kapitbahay namin ay lubos biyaya sa paggamit ng libreng kuryenyente. Nagreklamo din po kami sa isang supervisor ninyo kasi may nagpakabit ng kuryente at ang sabi alam na nila at naghahanap pa sila ng may jumper at saka aaksyunan nila, ganun ba ang patakaran ng meralco palagay ko naman hinde. ang addres po ng may jumper ay #30 Road 12, Brgy. Bahay Toro, Project 8, Quezon City. Inaasahan ko po pagtutulan ng pansin ang reklamo namin dito, baka magkasunog po dito sa lugar namin sa kawalan ng pag-iingat ng sasabing bahay, maraminag salamat.

Dear Sir / Mam,
Good day!
I would like to inform how WORST MERALCO service is giving to your customers. I have been requesting service to check our encountered problem on fluctuating electricity on our house. I have reported this issue since yesterday and have been making several follow ups. I have come to seek your assistance since you are expert in this matter but as a customer you have been merely neglecting my concerns even my family's safety is at risk. You just keep on giving me lame excuses, like, you cannot locate our residence, even landmarks has been given, how come you cannot locate us but in case we are 1 day delay in our payment you can easily locate where you can cut our electricity connections. You’re San Pablo Laguna service team committed to check us last night but nobody came. Another schedule was given, 6-10am today, December 16, 2016, but still no service team has arrived. Are you’re really used to passing task to next shifts to other shifts and prolonged task that must be immediately taken care?
You even lied on saying that you someone came to us early morning (3:28am) and our house can’t be located and my number is unreachable. Is this what you call service? Then after it another report is made for us to WAIT AGAIN???Is that the most effective service method you have?? What we need is your service NOT ANOTHER REPORT that cannot be served!
I cannot even submit to your website my complaint, where can we coordinate our inquiries and have a satisfying service then.
How long do we have to wait for you to check our electricity meter and our encountered problem? And how many times would you lie on giving me a return call and a reasonable feedback?
Would MERALCO be liable is any worst scenario that may occur to my family?
Hoping on your fastest response to our problem and feedback on your worst service.

irereport lang po namin dito sa sampaloc, manila ang isang bahay or compound na patuloy na nag-eenjoy sa illegal connection ng kuryente sa inyong poste po. last february, napuntahan po ng inyong engineering team ang compound nila. pinutol po yung linya at kumuha daw ng one (1) foot na sample ng kuryente daw na may naputol silang linya. pero ng hapon na, nakita po ilang kapitbahay na kinakabit na naman po ng may-ari ng bahay ang linya. kaya meron na naman silang kuryente hanggang sa ngayon po.

nagtataka lang po kami kung bakit hanggang ngayon hindi pa din sila nakaksuhan ng Meralco. Ang sabi ng may-ari, pinagmamalaki pa nila na binabayaran daw nila ang mga taga-meralco kaya drama lang daw ang pagputol ng linya para may report daw po sila. malakas daw sila sa mga taga-engineering ng meralco.

Ngayon po, sinisingil nga daw ng tig- 1,000.00 ang mga nasa compound nila dahil bayad daw iyun sa meralco engineering.

Ilang beses na din po silang muntikan ng magkasunog dahil sa dami po ng mga appliances nila.
maam/sir, nagbabayad po kami ng maayos sa Meralco, kami ang nagbabayad ng mga generation loss pero bakit po wala pa kayong action sa mga ganitong sitwasyon.

Heto po ang complete address sa nila; No. 441-B F. cayco st., sampaloc, manila. nasa loob po ng compound ag inyong poste kaya malakas po ang loob nila. Elvie at Boy campos po ang nagkakabit ng illegal na connection. sinasabi nila sila ang may-ari ng bahay pero pag may pumuntang taga-meralco sinasabi nila caretaker lang daw po sila.
