good day!

just want to report the illegal connection activities doing here in our barangay. the illegal connection is located and place at the front of 1361 f. ma. guerrero st corner 1128 latorre st. barangay 245 tondo, manila and the land mark is holy cross chapel.. the illegal connection operated 24 hours and estimating more than 20 or less than 30 houses are consuming this illegal jumper and and most of them using aircon and others high appliances that cause of overloading and sparkling and sometimes its explode.. others use this for bussines like pisonet estimating 25 pisonet are operating.. once a week the meralco cut it but when the nights come they put it back to tapp it again..
please do action for these illegal activities to avoid fire, explosion and accident and for the safeness of others and to save life... thank you!!!

Just want to ask what are the proper procedures in updating the breakers of our MDP? Does MERALCO need to test/check the new breaker and issue a new serial number for it before installing it in the MDP? What are your procedures and your requirements?

I would like to complain why the meralco personnel in our area cut our connection even without any notice receive from your company? as far as I know there should be a notice first before cutting the connection. >< We haven't receive any disconnection notice.

I recently received news from my brother in the Philippines that my files for Meralco Investments/Stocks was stolen sometime in the year of 2009 and 2010, when our house was converted into an apartment complex. Please inform your emergency lineman to kindly visit and check our house Meralco electric main connection located at 168 General Satorre St. Imus, Cavite infront of St. Emeline School,the Brgy post, the electric wires are sparkling and grounded to our gate and the 4 houses no electricity until now. We call the hotline always busy and also the Meralco Bacoor telephone are busy.
