Just now I emailed Metrobank Customer Care requesting to add my mother's account on the third party account for my Metrobank Direct,I just want to ask how long will it take for them to process my request? A person call me through cellphone,he's from metrobank makati branch and he told me that this is a short interview for availing the credit card and he get my personal address etc.,but I do not know that the metrobank will deliver the card after a week,,how to cancel that transaction because i dont want the credit card.? Iam Analyn Geronimo Angeles, Overeas Filipino Workers, last week dated January 17,2013 ive been to Metro Bank Ayala Makati regarding to my account that i opened in abroad wishing to withdraw in a reason of, the system said that sorry your account is unable to access.
