hi, si aileen ramin po ulit ng rome italy na natatanong about don sa ini apply kung onlinebanking na may pin number na pero hanggang ngayon ay wala paring sagot sa customer id na hinihintay kung i-send sa email add ko. at gusto ko po sanang magtransfer ng fund sa acct. ng kapatid ko d'yan din sa metrobank paano ang gagawin para maitransfer ko pera sa acct. n'ya kailangan ko bang eenroll lang c'ya kc ang problema ko nandito ako sa rome italy ano kaya ang gagawin ko? umaasa na sana masagot ninyo ang lahat ng katanungan ko salamat po.

Hi. My name is Kim JinMyung and i sent a payment for cebupacific ticket via your bank located in Kisad rd Baguio city on last 24. Feb. 2012. I paid p14,616.50 to the 2502 12206 294678 account. I didn't receive any ticket from cebupacific for 2weeks so last thursday(on mar 8) I called them up and noticed that the metro bank receiptants sent my money to wrong account number. When i checked my deposit receipts he sent my money to the this number.. 2502 12206 794678.
Is it possible???? And since in realized that they said the cebupacific will give another ticket for me because it was already paid. Hey, Do you think will they pay for my ticket? Although my reservation was cancelled? How?
