Hi Lissa, I think you misunderstood the info. You don't need to type a message on your Message box. What you need to do is dial *221# and call. Afterwards, you will receive a message that contains your current available load balance.

My Sun Sim card since last did not credit or show any money when I load it. I have load two hundred pesos and it did activate and tell me I don't have sufficient load to make a call. I have used the Sim for 2 years and 5 months now.
