The Janice Hung Arts and Sports (JHAS) Foundation, Inc. will conduct the
project entitled Muzikademy, a Song Writing Competition and Music Camp
on November 25-26, 2011.
The project aims to discover future music magnets and composers among the out-of-school youth (OSY), high school and college students in the Philippines. The said activity is open to all unsigned bands/performers, soloists, trios, duos, both OSY and students ages from 15 to 28 years old. The registration or participation is free of charge. The winners will have the chance to join the Music Camp for free (accommodation, transportation and food) and win PhP100,000.00 worth of prizes and cash. Those interested may send a Demo CD with label or subject title, Muzikademy 2011 Entry and the contestants' profile or band profile with photos. The Demo CD must consist of one (1) original song and one (1) cover song. The deadline for submission of entries is on September 27, 2011.
