A 20-year old boy and a high school graduate, Joseph was one of the craving-to-win contestants in the show who is very poor but succeeded until the mega jackpot and got the correct answer.
Joseph Murillo is different from the other contestants. He has this "faith in God", "bravery" and "willingness to win" come what may. In fact, before participating the "Yes or No" game, he prayed to God fervently in the stage while the cameraman caught him doing the act. While he answered the questions one by one, he managed to remain so brave and determined to win the game (with his family and 13 sisters/brothers in mind to help them in their studies).
And it happened that he reached the final part of the game, the "Mega Jackpot" question. This question that Joseph unconciously and fortunately answered was, "What is the name of the the fifth typhoon listed by PAGASA this year". Without knowledge, Joseph answered by stepping in the the letter C which is "Egay".
And without any hesitation, the main host of "Wil Time, Big Time", Willie Revillame gave the final decision that Joseph got the correct answer.
As Willie announced that he won the mega jackpot price, Joseph Murillo lay down in the LED floor crying hard and very emotional and in some moment he said as he was risen up by his mother, "Nonoy" said, "Ma, hindi ko alam ang sagot".
Then, Willie presented the price that Joseph will receive, a Foton car, a Camella house and lot and 1 million pesos cash. Willie said to the audience, "Ganyan ka-simple ang buhay, dapat lumalaban gaya ni Nonoy".
So happy, undefined and trembing, Joseph spoke the last words, "Unang una sa lahat nagpapasalamat ako sa ating Panginoong JesuKristo at sa Diyos...Nagpapasalamat din ako sa lahat ng mga bumubuo ng Wil Time Big Time (TV5) lalong lalo na kay Ginoong Willie Revillame."
