At 11:00 AM today, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration ( PAGASA) issued a warning that Tropical Depression "Ramon" has maintained its strength as it continues to threaten Eastern Visayas and Northeastern Mindanao.
At 10:00 AM today, the center of Tropical Depression "RAMON" was estimated based on satellite and surface data at 245 km East of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur. Tropical Depression "RAMON" has the maximum winds of 55kph near the center. PAGASA forecasted that it will move West Northwest at 17kph. It's expected to be at 30km North of Hinatuan, Surigao Del Sur by tommorrow morning and at 30km South of Romblon by Thursday morning. By Friday morning, it will be at 120km Southwest of Iba, Zambales. PAGASA announces a Public Storm Signal No. 1 at the following affected areas: Luzon - none
