Watch Video: Caught in the Act Buhawi (Tornado) Destroys Houses and Properties in Minglanilla and Talisay, Cebu

June 18, 2013 - around 2:15pm, we were inside the house with my family here in Talisay City, Cebu (Philippines). I heard a sound outside like a rain. I thought there was heavy rain. That's why I got up from bed and watch outside the window. To my surprise, I saw a tornado (buhawi). I never saw a tornado before in my entire life. That's why, I was so afraid of the event. I got my digicam and recorded the twirling effect of the tornado as it passes away beside our house. Thank God, we're safe! Watch the video and pictures below on how I recorded the tragic event.
