Schedule of Entrepreneurship Training Program for 3rd and 4th year TECH-VOC Education Teachers implementing the STVEP
The training aims to enhance the use of the instructional materials by the teachers in teaching Entrepreneurship. Specifically, it is expected that at the end of the training the participants should be able to:Cluster | Region | No. of Pax | Date | Venue |

- identify different strategies and approaches in the effective delivery of the Entrepreneurship subject;
- discuss the basic concepts of Entrepreneurship in the context of economics and marketing management, preparing and maintaining financial records and reports as well as managing finances;
- identify the different sources of business ideas and opportunities;
- apply the principles of production and services management in planning a simple business project;
- analyze how to organize and manage a small business and learn the basic organizational concepts and management functions;
- prepare budget and cash flow, financial statements, records and other reports; and
- prepare concept paper and sample business plan.

The participants to this activity are the Tech-Voc teachers of Entrepreneurship in the third and fourth year levels. Each Tech-Voc school head should nominate only two (2) teachers to attend the Entrepreneurship Training. Teachers who have already attended similar training should not be allowed to attend said training.
Expenses of the organizing committee members, external resource persons such as board and lodging and traveling expenses and honoraria of resource persons shall be charged to OSEC Tech-Voc Funds, subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
The board and lodging of the participants shall also be charged to OSEC Tech-Voc Funds, while their traveling expenses to and from the venue shall be charged to local funds. For Cluster 1, the participants are advised to arrive at the venue in the afternoon of April 24 and leave after breakfast on April 29. For Cluster 2, they are advised to arrive at the venue in the afternoon of May 4 and leave after breakfast on May 9, 2011. For Cluster 3, they are advised to arrive at the venue in the afternoon of May 16 and leave after breakfast on May 21, 2011.
