- equip the participants with functional understanding of the SPJ III Curriculum Documents;
- establish concrete knowledge on how the SPJ III Curriculum Guide and Teaching Guide can be best utilized during the course implementation; and
- identify potential problems and/or issues which need to be addressed that may have an effect on the implementation of the program.
The board and lodging of the participants and BSE training staff, traveling expenses of the participants (which shall be reimbursed at the training venue upon presentation of the complete travel documents), honoraria of resource persons and consultant, supplies and materials, and other incidental expenses shall be charged to BSE Funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations. The participants are advised to take the cheapest means of transportation to and from the training venue.
The board and lodging of the 17 Division Supervisors/Coordinators shall be borne by BSE except their traveling expenses which shall be charged to local funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
The check-in time shall be on May 1 from 2:00 p.m. onwards, and the check-out time shall be at 12:00 noon of May 6, 2011. The first meal to be served shall be dinner on Day 0 (May 1) and the last meal shall be p.m. snacks on Day 5 (May 6). However, the participants who shall travel by plane may check out on May 7, 2011 after breakfast but not later than 8:00 a.m.
The participating schools and divisions are advised to submit the confirmed list of participants by gender using the format in Enclosure No. 2 to BSE, DepEd Central Office (Attention: Ms. Melinda P. Rivera or Ms. Rosalie B. Masilang) at telefax nos.: (02) 632-7746, (02) 636-5172 and (02) 636-5173 on or before April 19, 2011.
