Registering your Business Name in the Philippines online is quick and simple:

1. Visit the BNRS DTI website.
DTI or Department of Trade and Industry is the primary government agency with the dual mission of facilitating the creation of a business environment wherein participants could compete, flourish, and succeed and, at the same time, ensuring consumer welfare. They also manage registering business names of small and medium sized businesses such as sole proprietorship business.

2. Create an Account in the BNRS DTI website.

3. After successfully creating an Account. Log-in to the website.

4. Click New Application.
Fill-up a form and follow the instructions given.

5. Payment is either Pay to their office or Pay thru G-Cash.
