The Department of Education (DepEd) shall allow the attendance of the selected pupils and students who are council members to the activities of the National Anti-Poverty Commission-Children Basic Sector (NAPC-CBS) as part of their official function.
The council members who will attend meetings and different activities of the NAPC-CBS shall be excused from their classes.
Furthermore, they should be provided with sufficient time to keep them abreast with their class requirements such as make-up or special quizzes, periodical examinations or long tests, among others, upon their return to school.
