Notice of Public Consultation Regulatory Reset for the 2nd Entry Group April 2013 to March 2017

Notice is hereby given that the deadline for submission of comments for the Proposed Amendments to the Distribution Services and open Access Rules has been moved from September 23, 2011 to October 5, 2011.

All interested parties may download the proposed amendments from www.erc.gov.ph and submit their comments (in both hard and soft copies). Electronic copies may be sent to consumer@erc.gov.ph. The said rules may also be photocopied at cost, during the regularoffice hours at the ERC Main office located at Pacific Center Building, San Miguel Avenue, Pasig City.

The following activities shall precede the promulgation of said rules;
