What's your say about giving foreigners right to own land and businesses here in the Philippines?

As we all know that foreigners are not allowed to have sole ownership of land and businesses here in the Philippines. They can only own it through a corporation which they have 40% share and 60% by the Filipino citizens.
If a law will be passed allowing them to own a business or land or real properties, solely in their own name. Please tell me about your say, your opinion and your vision about the future of the Philippines if this will happen. - https://www.affordablecebu.com/
