The internet as now been out at our property for more than one week and no message to say when its going to be repaired even though I am calling every day to check its annoying to always be responded to by an answering services

Within the past 6 weeks this is the second time this has occurred and it took 2 weeks last time to fix why is it taking PLDT such a long time to repair the service

How can we expect to work from Home and Our Children have online learning when there is no INTERNET

Kindly immediately send your personnel tomorrow morning here at Lot 15, Block 31, Firenze, Villaggio Ignatius, Buenavista 1, Gen Trias, Cavite.
Dahil sa malakas ng ulan at hangin kanina, natumba po at nakasabit po ngayon ang puno ng aratiles sa inyong PLDT cable dito sa katabi ng bahay namin. Hindi pa ho tuluyang napuputol ang puno at malamang kapag tuluyan itong naputol ay sasabit lalo ang mga sanga sa kawad at mahihila itong pababa at malamang ay maputol din ang kawad.
Kindly immediately act on this po para hindi na masira pa ang inyong PLDT cable. Magpadala po kayo ng pamputol ng puno o sanga at hagdan para sigurado. Magdala na rin po kayo ng back-up na cable if in case tuluyang maputol ang cable nyo.
