PLDT, why you are not answering our call, even here in Batangas Office nobody receive our call. All now needed the internet services especially Work From Home, School E-Classes, School Examination. The number 171 will not accept my faulty PLDT Home Wifi number therefor I cannot talk to anyone, and there is no email address on your website, Im an not a twitter or a facebot.yet you ask for an email address here. Email is a legal means of communication and is more convenient for the thoughtful.
Would you think about giving service to your Smart Sim Card numbers sitting inside your PLDT Wifi at home box? Your not so Smart 171 number rejects them and you give no alternative service to those without the Internet!?
We are not using the our internet under landline # +63 437247155 due to lockdown (Covid-19) form the start they implement as per the barangay enforecement to closed all business in our area such computer shop. But we asked, why still they charging us on monthly bill?

I bought 5 PLDT Budget Cards expire dates 08/31/2021 tried to use but invalid.Tried to email add on back of cards discontinued.Tried to call PLDT never got a live person.Never could resolve the problem.Went on line face book got a number to call did not work. My salutation and advice to everyone is to not buy PLDT Budget Cards. You will loose your money and receive nothing but aggravation.

Ang among internet sa among balay diha sa Upper East Binabag (near CWSI Reservoir) Bahabaha, Tayud, Consolacion, Cebu kalit lang nawala since September 16, 2019. Amo na ning gireklamo sa PLDT Cebu pero gipabalikbalik ra mi. Mahal baya plite. Unsa man magsige lang mig bayad unya walay serbisyo? Dili nako makacontact sa tiguwang nakong amahan.
