The Saceda Youth Lead (SYL) will hold the 2012 Division-Wide Faculty Development Training entitled " Driving Teachers Performance” this School Year (SY) 2012-2013. The proposed training date shall be determined by the schools division/city superintendents (SDSs).
The activity aims to develop the participants ability to identify the perfomance deficits, the ingenuity to create an effective performance strategy, the skill to motivate both teachers and collaborators and the capacity to exercise leadership in a diverse and complex educational environment where students are distracted.
The target participants to this activity are the school heads or principals and teachers from both public and private schools. Each participant shall be charged a registration fee of Two Hundred Pesos (PhP200.00) to cover training materials such as handouts, honoraria of speakers and facilitators.
