The Conference/Workshop aims to:
- provide participants with services on climate alert to sustain biodiversity management;
- encourage them to adopt the best practices in the delivery and implementing climate services;
- strengthen linkages between the providers and users of climate change information
The target participants to this activity are the science supervisors, science teachers, science club advisers, department heads, principals, science coordinators and science enthusiasts nationwide.
Participants are requested to confirm their participation on or before April 20, 2013.
Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
