3rd Triennial Congress of the Action and Solidarity for the Empowerment of Teachers (ASSERT)

The Action and Solidarity for the Empowerment of Teachers (ASSERT) will conduct its 3rd Triennial Congress with the theme "Making Education an Instrument for Social Transformation," on November 10-13, 2011 at the Christian Formation Center, Mary Heights, Bakakeng, Baguio City.
The congress aims to:
  1. enable the participants from the various regional/division/district affiliates and school chapters to review the ASSERT last three (3)-year implementation of programs;
  2. plan anew;
  3. amend its Constitution and By-Laws (CBL); and
  4. elect its new set of officers.
The teachers from both public and private elementary and secondary schools are invited to attend this activity. Attendance of public school teacher-participants is on official time only.

The registration fee of Three Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (PhP3,500.00) shall be charged to each participant to cover expenses for kit, food, snacks, accommodation,
souvenir, t-shirt, speaker's honoraria and other related expenses for the congress.
