For effective and efficient deployment of these packages, the concerned Regional Director (RD) and the Schools Division/City Superintendents (SDSs) shall mobilize the ICT¬Technical Committee composed of the Regional ICT Coordinator/SDS, designated Division ICT Coordinators, accountant and supply officer as members. The Committee shall perform the following functions:
- Validate the readiness of the schools and compliance to the counterpart requirements;
- Assist the schools in preparing for the delivery of the computers;
- Supervise and coordinate the delivery of computers to the schools;
- Monitor the utilization of the computers in their respective region; and
- Submit reports on the implementation of the Program.
The Regional Offices (ROs)/Division Offices (DOs) through the ICT Coordinators shall be notified of the delivery schedule within the first quarter of 2012. In the meantime, the recipient schools are advised to prepare their counterpart requirements immediately.
