Improving the Quality of Mexican Secondary and Higher Education Institution Scholarship Grant

The Embassy of Mexico is accepting applicants who are education specialists for a scholarship grant on Improving the Quality of Mexican Secondary and Higher Education Institution, one of the Special Programs of the Mexican Government Scholarship for Foreigners 2013. The duration of the application is from February 25 to August 30, 2013.

The Scholarship Grant, a minimum of one week and a maximum of one month, includes the following:
  1. one-time stipend of $ 9,714.00 Mexican pesos (equivalent to US dollars $ 765.76, based on January 25, 2013 exchange rate);
  2. roundtrip international airfare; and
  3. in-land transportation while in Mexico.
The applicant will choose a course, workshop or conference which will contribute in improving the quality, management and administration of public secondary and higher education institutions in Mexico. Applicant will find a contact person in Mexico or a Mexican institutions that will provide assistance on his/her chosen project.

Application form will be submitted to the Office of Assistant Secretary Jesus Lorenzo R. Mateo, International Cooperations Office (ICO), DepEd Central Office, DepEd Complex, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City.
