International Seminar on Educational Leadership of the Association of Educators for Interrelated Research and Studies (AEIRS)

The Association of Educators for Interrelated Research and Studies (AEIRS) will conduct the International Seminar on Educational Leadership with the theme Globalization of Educational Leadership Styles and Practices of the Modern Times on the following dates and venues:

The Seminar aims to:
  1. standardize current leadership styles and practices to become globally competitive;
  2. identify leadership styles and practices suited to the present situations of the school;
  3. encourage school administrators to engage in capacity building activities; and
  4. encourage school heads (SHs) and teachers to prepare themselves to become more productive leaders of the school and of the community.
The target participants to this activity are school administrators, supervisors, principals, head teachers (HTs), coordinators, instructors/professors, and teachers from both public and private elementary and secondary schools.

Participation of both public and private schools shall be subject to the no-disruption-of-classes policy as stipulated in DepEd Order No. 9, s. 2005 entitled Instituting Measures to Increase Engaged Time-on-Task and Ensuring Compliance Therewith.
