The activity aims to:
- revisit the roles and responsibilities of designated ASP regional and division coordinators;
- discuss the proposed revision of the Implementing Rules and
- Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 8525 (Adopt-A-School Law);
- evaluate the criteria in the selection of awardees for the best school implementors of Brigada Eskwela; and
- address issues and concerns arising from the implementation of the Program.

The transportation expenses of the participants from the regions and divisions shall be charged to local funds while the expenses of the participants from the Central Office shall be charged to ASP Funds.
