Tiffany-Colombian Royale (TCR) Headstart Teacher Training Program

The Tiffany-Colombian Royale (TCR) will conduct the Headstart Teacher Training Program in Region I using the first language-Ilocano, in Region and in Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR)using lingua franca-Ilocano.
The activity aims to enable the participants to:
  1. acquire basic skills of listening, speaking, reading and writing to achieve beginning literacy;
  2. learn the contents of Mathematics and Science focused on comprehending concepts (the what's and the who's) and following process (the how's and the why's);
  3. acquire appropriate thinking skills to make sound critical judgments;
  4. develop a sensitivity to, and appreciation of one's culture embedded in one's language;
  5. identify the purposes of the MLE program; and
  6. achieve higher level of proficiency in the target languages, Filipino and English.
The participants are teachers and administrators of Regions I, II and CAR.

A registration fee of One Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php1,950.00) will be charged to each participant which covers cost of venue, kits, handouts, meals, snacks, certificates and honoraria of lecturers.
