can you please check our sky cable signal here in our area in QC, Filinvest Heights (near batasan, commonweatlh). For the longest time, our signal has been weak, delayed (more often,,no signal) and pictures are pixelized. a lot of homeowners here are converting to Cignal. Please do escalate this concern.

Every time the cell number is being called to tell the message that our service has "no signal", Sky cable is not responding and "unattended". How can we be satisfied as customers? My connection was not resumed since typhoon glenda hit the country. I visited your office here in Sta. Rosa Laguna to report about this twice last July. Until I got fed up and requested from the same office for cancellation of my subscription due to inaction to my concern. I signed the subscription cancellation and based on the computed amount I still have a refund of Php266.00. The staff even told me that a contrator will come to my residence to pull out their modem. But until now Skybroadband staff or contractor did not even bother to act on my concern. Their customer center called me thrice (2 from 381-0000: asking if my service was repaired. Which unfortunately, is not. And 1 from 9997290419: reminding of my unpaid accumulated bills. Which of course is absurd. It means that Sky still billed their customer for undelivered service?
