I was so upset with the kind of service you provide to you subscribers. I called your hotline to request for the installation of an additional digibox for my TV on June 5, 2014 , was able to talk to am certain Paolo who gave me reference no.1911913 for my request. I asked him when they can install the digibox ,after checking he told me June 7,2014, Saturday. I asked for his assurance on the date and time and
he told me yes as he had checked it out with the concerned office. I even told him of my first sad experience with sky service crew the first time I had a digi box installed. Our arrangement was that the crew will come on that Saturday , a few days after my request, but instead came a week after and on Sunday pa. Sunday is a busy day for us . They were accommodated by my son who happened to come for a visit. He doesnt even know where among the TV's in my house I want the digi box installed, in the bedroom or Sala. My husband and I were so Angry because of that incident but we just let it go. To cut the story short, some one from the sky hotline called me Friday ,reminding me ha, that their crew would come the following day. Again I told the lady who called that I would wait for the crew and if she could assure me on that and she said" YES. " THEY DID NOT COME. NOW This afternoon, the assigned service crew called and said that they are coming to install the digibox. I did not allow them . If you could check you record, you will see that I am not a delinquent subscriber, I always pay on time provided your lazy delivery man delivers the statement to my house properly, sometimes , I see the billing statement lying in my garden . thrown by the delivery man when in fact I hAVE A VERY BIG MAIL BOX WHERE HE COULD PUT IT. Hope to hear from your side .

I like to know why is that SKYCABLE goes out so many times and when I try to contact your office the lines are alway's busy. I have been a costumer for over (3 ) years and I pay annual fee, my renewal is in August and I'm thinking not to renew.

I have the Gold package , plus 2 other channels
EVERY channel volume for programs is LOW, when commercials come on they are full BLAST!

PEOPLE who download are not regulating the volume of these programs. they connect and walk away or start visiting with their friends!
I've called and asked for price of H2, NO answer!

I've had envelope in screen that wont go away after I read message! I told call center , no repair.
I am tired of all these problems
I probably not here anything or get a repair on these still after this letter

I have tried calling your USLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CEBU FOR 5 Days ALL DAY EVERY DAY and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS or it is CONTINUALLY ENGAGED.

i would like to change my wifi's password and name, the default useraname and password is invalid. how can i change it?
i cant get thru to your CSR, its always busy. the line is so bad that i need to load my sun broadband to get a clear internet connection.

We had brownout during a storm last week about April 29 and since then I have very few channels on my Silver Plan with HBO, MGM and TCM. Since Thursday was May Day I was unable to talk to your office in Baguio. I went to your office on Governor Pack road and was assured that the problem would be taken care of and that the service man would call me that Friday afternoon, May 2, or Saturday, May 3, afternoon to repair my problem. Well, of course, I should have known that lying is a service delaying plan for whatever Philippine business I deal with.

Well, I don't lie and I promise that if you do not do anything about this problem by Monday, May 5, 2014, I insist you disconnect me from your dis-service and I would never use your company and I will tell all my American friends to disconnect from your company and will at any chance warn anyone about using your company.
