Whenever i try calling the numbers in my phonebook the operator always say that i have no sufficient load or zero balance when in fact i have 100 load balance and i have free 30minutes call to avail. Please help me..

Hello, excuse me I just wanna tell you that I am eligible for the promo for EXTEND. I had registered for the promo to EXTEND 7 times. I didn't use any rewards. And the I had extended my promo again to another 7 days. I decided to use the rewards. Since it should be 2 rewards. I texted 2 to 4545 twice but it didn't even register me for that reward then I tried to text 2 to 4545 again but still it didn't do anything. My cellphone number is 09187602194.
