The wet-type production needs to make the raw materials into 32%-40% slurry.

The liquid state can make sure the great mixture of different materials, which can produce qualified clinker, and this is the main advantage of wet-type production.

Compared with wet-type rotary kiln, the merits and demerits of dry type are just contrary to that of the wet.

Raw materials should be made into raw dry powder, whose moisture is lower than 1%, so the heat of evaporating moisture is saved.

The mixture state is not so good as the wet type because the bad mobility.
