(1). Crushing Process
When the diameter of raw wood material is larger than 5mm, then you need to use one set Wood Crusher /Hammer Mill chip the min to small pieces, then crush the min to wood powder with diameter less 3mm by Hammer Mill/Crusher.
(2). Automatic Transferring Process
This is production line is an full automatic production line. So after the material be crushed, then need one set Conveyor to conveyit to the next machine Dryer by automatic.
(3). Drying Process
The best moisture content to pelletizing is about 15 to 20%. If the moisture content larger than 20%, then you need one set Dryer to dryit within around 15%. Dryer is consist with stove & pipes. Our stove is fueled by sawdust, XBM wasted wood, coal, which can save electricity consumption largely.
The Dryer is specially designed for energy saving purpose, outside of the dryer is covered with special cotton material to prevent the heat outrunning.
(4). Automatic Transferring Process
After the material dried, then it is ready for supporting pellitizing, then convey the material to the next machine Pellet Machine for producing wood pellets is Ok.
(5). Pelletizing Process:
HSKLN Wood Pellet Machine is the most important part in this line, The most important point is Rotating Roller HSKLN series machine install with Gearbox, then the shaft speed will best able. Moreover, pellets quality much more better, the pellets will be high pressure, high density, high heating value, thus it will be along time for firing.
(6). Cooling Process:
After the pelletizing process, the txing bangerature o fthe wood pellet is around 60 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about 15%, thus this the wood pellet is easy to store.
(7). Packing Process:
The packing machine will be matched in this line according to customer request. Because different customer have different requirement. So if you want to pack it in different bags for storing, then we match it in this line for supporting this line working. And capacity can be adjusted by you.
