This machine is a crushing device using impact force to break materials. When the materials go into the hammer impacting area, they are first crushed by the high-speed impact of the hammer, and then crushed again by the impacting device installed on the rotor, and then rebounded from the impact lining plate to the hammer impacting area to be crushed again. The process will go over again and again until the materials are crushed to be the needed granularity and discharged from the bottom of the machine. Adjusting the gap of the impacting shell and the rotor shell will change the material granularity and shape. This machine adopts spring safety device on the back of the impacting plate, so that when some non-crushable materials go into the crushing chamber, the back and forth impacting shell will draw back so that the non-crushable materials will be discharged from the machine.
