Solution and Application of Compound Crusher

Reasons:

The mechanical operation and electric control of compound crusher are relatively simple (in particular for low-power type), and generally are independent single-unit work, so it is hard to handle problems timely and relatively speaking, repetition frequency of problems is increased.

Solution: Improve force status of bearing.

Impact load working on bearing depends on the impulse acting on the rotor and support flexibility of bearing. Increasing bearing support flexibility will reduce impact load working on the bearings. So we add a rubber sheet of appropriate thickness between the bearing and the support frame in order to improve the bearing support flexibility. The rubber sheet and increased support flexibility absorb part of the vibration energy, improve the bearing force status and achieve the purpose of extending compound crusher service life.

Working principle: vibrating feeder makes use of the rotation of vibrator eccentric to produce centrifugal force, so that the movable part like sieve compartment and vibrators make continuous circle or approximate circle movement. While materials are with sieve compartment doing continuous throwing motion, then continuously sent to the discharge port.

The vibrating feeder is a kind of vibrating output device which uniformly, timed and continuously feeds the massive or granular material to the feeding device from the storage silo. In a variety of production lines, the vibrating feeder is necessary. Especially in the sand and gravel production line, the vibrating feeder can feed materials as crusher machinery and screen coarsely material.
