Generate leads via the development and implementation of paid and non-paid online advertising campaigns (both worldwide and regional) according to Bolton Staffing strategy and set of objectives. Directly providing the targeted number of leads within the allocated budget and at the target cost per acquisition Functions • Implement and manage campaigns across multiple vendors such as Google AdWords and Yahoo/ Bing Search Alliance. • Analyze click-through rates and conversion across multiple platforms; quickly synthesize results and propose daily or intraday changes to optimize performance; Implement approved changes. • Support display advertising campaigns by monitoring paid & nonpaid search activity and performance. • Propose, deploy and manage A/B testing of messaging and landing page + website analysis across various terms and ad groups. • Work with web analytics to prepare tracking reports for management, creating new reports as needed. • Generate ad hoc reporting and analyses from search tools to support web site merchandising and sales strategy. • Bid management, Keyword updates, creative copywriting, landing page + website optimization suggestion and analysis • Monitor for click fraud, build business case against vendor and manage dispute and resolution process as needed. • Stays aware of industry trends in Search Engine (both SEM and SEO) Marketing space. • Research competitor and provide original business-related elements to PPC o Ad copies relevant to the business with appropriate CTAs o Keywords and placements for optimal ad viewing & conversions o Set-up & improve on campaign architecture o Liaise with designers & developers to best optimize landing pages & thank you pages (it’s complimenting elements i.e. auto-responders and real-time user experience) Attributes • Critical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as the capability to review data and metrics, create campaign reports, and working knowledge of search marketing applications. Able to optimize campaigns to increase the effectiveness. Math & analytical skills: Lead generation specialists need to be able to keep their campaigns within specified budgets.
