Responsibilities:
- Domain registering and hosting creation.
- Access documentation creation, this person
will provide a report on each account that he/she had created. The report will
contain the CPANEL access, FTP access, E-mail setting and email user names and
passwords.
- Email account creation.
- Back up files, this person will provide a copy
of all website files of a certain account if needed.
- Computer Maintenance, this involves repairing
and he/she will make sure that all computers/device in the office is running
properly (Hardware and Software aspects).
- Network Administration, this involves
installations on phone lines, cablings and router/ switch/ firewall
maintenance. Basically he will make sure all lines within the network are
working.
- Phone support for client, if needed this
person will take calls which will require him/her for fix a certain problem in
regards to the products/services the company offers through phone.
- Other task deemed by the General manager in
relation.
Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/
College degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology, Engineering
(Computer/ Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent.
2. Required skills: Adobe Macromedia Flash,
HTML, Computer programming
3. Preferably with 1 year experience with
Thunderbird, Outlook (both MS and express) and networking for back up.
