Email and Chat Support Representatives (Call Center)

Qualifications:

    Candidates must be at least 18 years old;

    Should have at least finished 2 years in college;

    Experience in a call center is a plus, but not required

    Fresh graduates are encourage to apply;

    With above-average English communication skill/Written English;

    Willing to work on graveyard or shifting schedules.

    Multi-tasking - must be able to do different tasks at a time;

    Strong customer service skills;

    Good Problem Solvers;

Hired candidates must be willing to be trained in Cebu City. After training, hired candidates will be deployed to AZPIRED Cagayan De Oro City site located in Lifestyle District, Cagayan De Oro City. Please indicate AZPIRED CDO when applying for this position.
