As of now, unit owners can park their vehicles for only Php1,500 per month. We're not yet selling parking slots, we'll probably open it for sale to unit owners once the swimming pool will be delivered next year.
Hello Ciara, I would like to inquire if the condo has an elevator because I am interested to acquire a unit that will be in the fourth floor. Does the 890,000 pesos selling price in the fourth floor includes the parking space and is their any mo they dues. If there is how much is it.
All the buildings at Urban Homes do not have elevators. Unit owners would only use the stairs to go up to their units. The current price for a unit located at the 4th floor is now Php960,000.
