"Beautiful baby doll made of porcelain and cloth. It is marked ""SERENITY Dianna Effner Ultimate Collection 1988"" on the back of the doll's neck. The doll has a blonde glued-on wig and feathery eyelashes. The doll has painted on eyebrows and an open mouth. The cloth part of the doll is well made and has some yellow age marks on body. The doll is life size and can wear real baby clothes. It is dressed in a handmade cotton and lace dress with press studs down back for ease of use. Also same design bloomers and lace cap with ribbon tie. Baby wears a real nappy. Baby doll is essentially new as has not been played with. Kept in storage."
