He has some small pilling on his body front and back only 1 photo shown as a close up but if you zoom in on the other photos you should be able to see them. 1 arm is bigger than the other as per photo and has a black mark on his back. His feet or ankles seem to be really large. I personally haven't seen this on a doll before. I guess that's why the previous owner had dressed him in this NON cpk outfit lol. The outfit has been made really well. His head and hair have been hand washed as well as his clothes which all is in great condition.
