Each one has tags etc, which is not suitable for small children, but if you remove all the tags, it is suitable for children over 5 years of age. They are all dressed & named of a character. He comes from a smoke free home. He has a blue corduroy patched & red hoodie, with a brown felt hat & black felt boots, & a checked scarf. His sign says ""Please take care of me, I need a home""."
