England c1930-1950's. This old Donkey or Mule is not jointed being approx 11 ( 28 cms ) in length. He is a plush woollen material with felt ears and celluloid google eyes. He has had a few stitches /mend on one front leg with a few holes on his felt ears. His felt red saddle has faded over the years. Early black corded fabric has been used to cover over 3 of his foot soles. The other has small holes on foot sole. He still has his early label being Dean's Rag Book London Made in England. This places him from the 1930's to 1950's. An interesting English character toy by Deans London England. This old fellow has been a loved played with toy. All items from smoke free home.
