Can I avail to get a BPI Credit Card thru online

Hello, I'm an OFW here in Japan, can i avail to get a credit card thru online? I'm waiting for your fast reply. Thank you for your interest in applying for a BPI Credit Card. We understand that you are currently in Japan. As such, may we suggest that you submit your application upon your return to the country as the card can only be delivered to you or upon presentation of your original ID and an accomplished authorization form, once approved?
