Who creates and prints money in the Philippines

What I know is banks don't create money. They only distribute this to the people. Could you please tell me who prints the money in the Philippines.

it's the BSP or the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas that creates, prints and regulates the money supply in the Philippines. They also control the inflation rate of the Philippines since inflation rate is dependently related to the money supply.

What will happen if the BSP prints more money? What if they just print more money to pay the debt of the Philippines?

Jerry, if BSP uncontrollably prints money as much as they can, the value of the money will tremendously decrease/depreciate. Would you like that the value of our Philippine money will be equal as a tissue paper?
