Acer XF Monitor not getting power. Any ideas on how to repair?

Acer XF Monitor not getting power. Any ideas on how to repair? One of my friends has an acer XF monitor that is not getting power. The cords work bu the monitor is not getting power. The power LED is not even turning on.
