After screen replacement, why won’t my watch turn on?

After screen replacement, why won’t my watch turn on?

I have just replaced my screen and force touch sensor on my Apple Watch Series 3 Cellular, made sure all connectors are connected correctly and all screws and things in place, however it will not turn on. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
