Battery charging but not increasing after replacement new battery

I found quite a bit of info about this issue but I can’t figure out what is the cause.
Many posts talk about the FL11 being damaged when disconnecting the battery causing issues with Gas Gauge Capability.
Unfortunately I don’t have anything else to take photo of the pins with, but from what I could tell it should still be there. I downloaded iBackUpBot to confirm and it shows gas gouge as true as you can see in the screenshot."
