Bullet problem with Microsoft Word 2007 I'm having a problem with bullets in Word 2007 that is driving me insane. I have two items in a list and I just want each one to be preceded by a bullet, like this:

"It sounds like the original document is corrupted. Nothing you can do about it except copy & paste the contents into a new file. (In older Word, you'd make sure to leave out the last paragraph mark in your copy & paste, but I don't know if that's still necessary with Word 2007's new file format.)

Just out of curiosity, what would happen if you typed more text into the paragraph, or if you changed the font size and/or margins? Would the phantom-break still appear after the same word, or would it move to the new end-of-line word?"
