"Administrative shares are disabled by default in Vista. You can enable them by browsing the registry to

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System

Add a new DWORD called LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy with a value of 1 and reboot."
