Can I make Windows 7 change my proxy settings based on my network connection?

Can I make Windows 7 change my proxy settings based on my network connection? Moving my LapTop between work and home I need to change my internet proxy settings. Is there any build in way for windows 7 to change these settings based on my currently active network?
