cannot use the menu button on the camera

The LCD Monitor indicate some symboles like ‘‘ Shooting mode’’ in a red square, ‘‘Surpressed Flash’’, ‘‘Image size and quality’’ set at 34 x 25 CM and no indication about the aspect ratio and, indicate ‘‘ Blur warning’’ (the symbol is yellow).  Also there are 2 horizontal green lines across the LCD Monitor(one line at the top of the screen and the other one is located at the bottom of the screen.
